The University of Nevada Las Vegas and the Southern Nevada Health District have partnered together to better understand the culture of food safety in food establishments. This research study is designed to get anonymous feedback from the restaurant community and use it to create educational resources. If you are an adult who has worked in food and beverage, come share your experience working in restaurants, what you think helps build good food safety culture, and what leads to bad food safety culture in the kitchen.
